Start out with a visit depart hotel for a chic and unique city tour. Visit a bustling around the clock market, Pak Klong Talad, take a short tuk tuk ride to Saranrom Royal Garden where you can relax while learn varieties of Thai plants. Continue to the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple – Wat Phra Kaeo. Before entering the main gate to the temple of the Emerald Buddha, stop by the Royal Regalia Museum to see the beauty of decorative jewelry, which used to be ornament of the royal officers and consorts. Walk in to enjoy the beauty of The Emerald Buddha. Visit the most sacred Buddha statue of Thailand, held by all Thais as also the symbol of national independence and enjoy the stunning buildings which you cannot miss taking photos.

Afternoon, take a long-tailed boat along the Chao Phraya River to see Thai lifestyle. Pass the Grand Palace and pay a brief visit to the Royal Barge Museum which houses ceremonial King’s Barges decorated with multi-color glasses, gilt and stuccos. Disembark at Wat Arun – the temple of Dawn to visit the tallest prang in Thailand. Overnight in Bangkok.
Day 03: Bangkok – Train market & Damnoen Saduak – Departure
This early morning, after breakfast you will visit the local (Hoop Rom Market) in Samut Songkhram (80 km – 1h15m transfer from Bangkok), commonly called Mae Klong Railway Market Siang Tai (life-risking) Market where the stalls and parasols (or canvas) are attached to the railway. When each signal of the arriving train rings, chaos happens: vendors will rush to close their parasols and canvas, along with clearing all goods that will obstruct the coming train at a great speed. Once the train passes, parasols and canvas will be reopened as goods are again put into their usual place next to the railroad.

After that, head to Damnoen Saduak floating market, which has been drawing curious visitors for centuries due to the remarkable practice of buying and selling goods that takes place almost entirely on water. Take to the canals on a piroque and watch how the locals do business before having a go yourself. Fancy some tropical fruit or a beautifully carved Buddha? Just ask for the price – and then name yours! Transfer back to Bangkok and enjoy lunch at local restaurant (by your expense). At the right time, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
